Stuart Southall was appointed as ASFP Technical Officer on the 31st July 2023. He offers more than 18 years of experience in the Construction and fire protection industry. Working for Major manufacturers and suppliers in UK construction. Having worked in the field of Specialist Passive Fire protection boarding in both technical and Specification roles, Stuart has previously worked at Etex (Siniat & Promat) and his most recent role was Regional Fire Protection Manager at Encon. Stuart first completed his Level 3 Certificate in Passive Fire Protection with the ASFP in 2019 as one of the first attendees of the ASFP’s training course. Stuart has continued his own personal development by working with and being trained by experienced and highly regarded experts in the Fire industry. Stuart is keen to continue with his development so that he can support the industry and ASFP members in its core mission - “To raise the Quality of the Design, Commissioning, Manufacture & installation of Passive Fire Protection to make the world a safer place”.
