James has 20 years experience working in the UK Fire and Rescue service and the United Kingdom Rescue Organisation (UKRO) and has been mostly known for his expertise as a RTC specialist. However James is now utilising his skills and experience to share the leadership skills he acquired over the years in a new role as a Leadership coach and consultant. 

James' mission goal is to create safe working environments that promote inclusivity and positive culture by way of effective and supportive leadership.
