Secure & Recruit started working with Marlowe Fire & Security in November 2018, a mere 1 month after we founded the business. Marlowe were Secure & Recruit’s first national client, and we’ve worked with them ever since. We were quickly able to demonstrate our expertise and market reach within the fire and security sector. On our first recruitment assignment with Marlowe, they had 20 positions to recruit for and multiple recruitment agencies had been briefed on the roles. Secure & Recruit successfully filled 16 of the 20 positions available, and 2 were filled internally.

In total, we’ve now placed over 100 fire and security professionals with Marlowe since 2018. A number of those engineers have since been promoted multiple times to become regional service managers.
