Secure & Recruit started working with Marlowe Fire & Security in November 2018, a mere 1 month after we founded the business. Marlowe were Secure & Recruit’s first national client, and we’ve worked with them ever since. We were quickly able to demonstrate our expertise and market reach within the fire and security sector. On our first recruitment assignment with Marlowe, they had 20 positions to recruit for and multiple recruitment agencies had been briefed on the roles. Secure & Recruit successfully filled 16 of the 20 positions available, and 2 were filled internally.

Secure & Recruit’s ability to deliver quality candidates has been proven time and time again.
For one particular round of hiring, Marlowe put an exclusive agreement in place with another agency; however, they received no CVs from that particular firm. They then approached Secure & Recruit to help; we successfully filled 20 vacancies for them in the space of just three weeks. In total, we’ve now placed over 100 fire and security professionals with Marlowe since 2018. A number of those engineers have since been promoted multiple times to become regional service managers.
