British fire protection industry innovators join forces for Made in Britain panel discussion at The Fire Safety Event

Made in Britain is bringing together a panel of speakers from the British fire protection  industry at The Fire Safety Event, sister show to the UK’s number 1 commercial, enterprise and domestic security show The Security Event, being held on 25th-26th April 2023 at the Birmingham NEC.

The panel, which will take place at 2.15 pm on Tuesday 25th April, will be moderated by Made in Britain non-executive board director, and CEO of Beaver Bridges, Henry Beaver, and made up of industry speakers selected from Made in Britain’s community of British manufacturers:

Made in Britain brings together close to 2,000 companies across the British manufacturing community, united by the licensed use of the official collective Made in Britain mark, which certifies member companies as trusted businesses that have met stringent criteria set to guarantee they are truly British manufacturers.

As Co-Founder and Global Commercial Director, Lynne Jhangeer has been responsible for sales and marketing at LInian Fire Clips since 2015. “To be a part of the ongoing discussions surrounding the need for improved fire safety measures, in light of events such as the Grenfell tragedy, and shaping the outcomes has never been more important for us as a collective industry,” Jhangeer said.

Strongdor’s Commercial Director Matt Devenish completes the panel, bringing insights from his extensive experience in the steel fire door industry and his role driving growth and innovation at the company. “Our product development team have undertaken 28 fire tests, with many more to come and are proud to have launched a full range of compliant fire rated steel doors, whilst still maintaining our industry-beating lead time,” said Devenish.
