Safety Cases are new to most outside the energy, aviation and nuclear sectors. With very little guidance and some seemingly impossible deadlines from the Building Safety Regulator there's a lot to catch up on. This part-presentation, part-discussion covers the structure of a safety case and how it should inform the report as well as required interaction with resident engagement strategies and mandatory occurrence reporting.
