This course provides a comprehensive look at the specification, maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection of passive fire protection systems. As well as detailing all of the regulations related to passive fire protection, with the certificate upon completion providing evidence that you are competent in the inspection of passive fire protect systems. This course is available in both an e-Learning and Classroom-based format.

Once you have passed the final examination you will have an understanding of how penetration sealing systems, linear gap seals and cavity barriers should be installed onsite and methods of inspection to prove this. This will include the issues around them as well as the standards and regulations that must be adhered to when undertaking repairs, maintenance, and installation works.
