When a significant change in resistance is identified, the system triggers either a pre-alarm or full alarm. The system’s adaptive threshold adjustment ensures accuracy by compensating for ambient temperature variations, reducing the likelihood of false alarms. Once an alarm has been triggered, the system can simply be reset.
