Firedor external fire-rated steel doors have been independently third party tested to perform in excess of up to 3 hours. CE marked to EN 16034 and BS EN 14351-1 standards. Manufactured from 1.2mm galvanised steel as standard, an integral aspect of its strength and security. The doors can be configured as a single leaf, double leaf or leaf and a half for use as both personnel and emergency exits.

44mm door leaf thickness, fitted with a intastragal for added security. Comprising of 2 x 1.2mm ‘Rustic’ steel sheets, the leaf skins are mechanically interlocked and internally bonded, providing greater stability and protection against de-lamination.

Manufactured from lightweight, high tensile 1.5 mm thick ‘Rustic’ steel. Adjust 2-Fit side expander systmen that offers up to 12mm expansion to the structural opening. Strongdor self adhesive neoprene teardrop and intumescent seal provided as standard. Single rebate 104mm wide frame.

Standard aluminium theshold is Part M compliant and is fitted with a seal for outward opening door-sets.

Grade 13 stainless steel, twin bearing template drilled butt hinges with integral high security dog bolts are fitted as standard with CE marking. Other hardware available.
